First of all, what is mitigation?

Mitigation is happening when the price is leaving an orderblock and come back to revisit (mitigate) it to grab more orders and continue is initial movement. In this example, the price came back to the orderblock to grab more orders. Once the price mitigate the orderblock, a new bearish candle was created. This is because a lot of orders were sitting in the orderblock.

Let's now understand what is order flow? Orderflow is the mitigation of orders. For bullish order flow price first goes down then it goes up. Vice versa for bearish order flow see the below image to understand clearly. When you use the word structure in the market it is made from order flow only a structure can be made after one mitigation means we can say something when we got four points right H, L, HH, HL.
